TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Created by an innovative extrusion process, 3DLite polycarbonate panels are composed of both translucent and opaque cells, which alternate to allow the panel to act as a sun shade while also giving a visual effect of depth. 3Dlite offers the building envelope a new palette of textures, optical illusions and colour schemes. It adapts to any type of application and its double notched upstand provides a tight junction of the panels by interlocking the connectors.
The sun’s rays which penetrate 3DLITE are filtered by the original structure of the panel that regulates the solar gain.
In this way, the light intensity is naturally balanced and a soft and homogeneous light is distributed throughout the day.
The 3DLITE can be incorporated into all the existing Danpalon® standing seam systems making it ideal for facade, rainscreen, roofing, canopy and internal applications.
